At Oluma Homes, every order is prepared with care. Delivery times and shipping methods depend on the type of product and whether the item is in stock or made to order.

1. ACCESSORIES

Accessories that are in stock are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

The delivery time depends on the destination and delivery service.

2. FURNITURE

Our furniture is handcrafted and made to order.

The estimated production time for furniture is 4–8 weeks. Once your piece is ready, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.

3. BESPOKE FURNITURE

Bespoke furniture is created specifically for your space and may require additional production time depending on the design and complexity of the project.

The estimated lead time for bespoke projects will be confirmed before production begins.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY COSTS

Shipping and delivery costs depend on the type and size of the product and the delivery location.

Accessories and smaller items are shipped using a standard delivery service. The applicable shipping cost will be shown at checkout.

Furniture is personally delivered by Oluma Homes throughout selected areas of Southern Spain. Delivery costs are calculated based on the delivery location and size of the order and will be communicated before the order is confirmed.

For bespoke projects or deliveries outside our standard delivery area, delivery costs will be agreed separately.

5. INSTALLATION

Where installation is included, our team will deliver, assemble and carefully place your furniture in your home.

The customer is responsible for ensuring suitable access to the property, including doors, staircases and lifts.

If special access or additional equipment is required, additional costs may apply.

6. DELIVERY DELAYS

We always aim to meet the estimated delivery times. As our furniture is handcrafted and made to order, occasional delays may occur due to production, materials, transport or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible.
