These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through the Oluma Homes website.

1. ORDERS

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Once your order has been confirmed, a binding agreement is formed between you and Oluma Homes.

2. PRODUCTS

Our furniture is handcrafted and may contain natural variations in colour, texture, wood grain and finish. These variations are a natural part of the materials and craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

3. MADE TO ORDER

Many Oluma Homes products are made to order. Estimated production and delivery times will be communicated with your order.

4. BESPOKE FURNITURE

Bespoke furniture may be created according to your requested dimensions, design, materials or configuration. Once bespoke production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. Please see our Returns & Cancellations Policy for further information.

5. PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Delivery and installation costs, where applicable, will be communicated before your order is completed.

6. DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

We offer personal delivery and, where applicable, installation throughout selected areas of Southern Spain. Delivery dates are agreed with the customer in advance.

The customer is responsible for ensuring suitable access to the property, including doors, staircases and lifts.

7. LEGAL GUARANTEE

All products are covered by the applicable legal consumer guarantee under Spanish law. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All photographs, designs, text, logos and other content on the Oluma Homes website are protected and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
